1. Clearance: Designed interference fit between upper and lower cylinder: 0.05-0.4mm (roundness error)
Designed interference fit between screen and cylinder: 0.05-0.3mm (roundness error)
Designed interference fit between the outlet pipe and the lower barrel: 0.15-0.3mm (roundness error)
Designed interference fit between silencer plate (fixed plate) and cylinder body: 0.05-0.3mm (roundness error)
Flame welding design clearance between the inlet pipe and the upper cylinder body flip hole: 0.05 ~ 0.15mm
Flame welding design clearance between air outlet pipe and air outlet receiver: 0.15~0.25mm
2. Brazing material: brazing material between the same material of upper and lower cylinder, receiver, fixing plate and filter screen - copper BCu
Brazing material between the upper and lower cylinder, receiver and air inlet and outlet pipes of different materials-Brass BCu60ZnSn-R
3. Brazing temperature: purple copper BCu melting point 1083 °, brazing temperature 1130 °; brass BCu60ZnSn-R melting point 897 °, brazing temperature 950 °.
4. Surface cleanliness: pickling or washing, wearing gloves, dust-proof
5. brazing flux: brazing with a solvent, the role of removing the brazing material and the surface of the base material oxide film, and to protect the soldered parts and liquid brazing material from oxidation in the brazing process, to improve the liquid brazing material on the wettability of the soldered parts. Requirements than the melting point of the brazing material is lower than 50-100 degrees. FZ-938E is used for flame welding of brass.
